2. Do not put them in a washing machine or dryer.
3. Do not soak with any other cotton dress and do not wash with another garment.
4. Drying your clothes under the sun causes color-fading. Therefore, have them out to dry in evening or in shade.

Refund: We hope you love your SAFEERA merchandise! As a policy we offer refund only due to non-availability of products, genuine quality/manufacturing defect or a wrong product delivered.

Exchange: We offer size exchanges only for the same product, style, and colour that you have purchased.

Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted if the request is submitted within 5 days of you receiving your package. You can submit your request via email, whatsApp (e-mail us at care@safeera.in or call/WhatsApp us at +91-9599559320) or by messaging us on Instagram.

Once we receive your return parcel, after reviewing it and if everything is in order we will immediately refund the amount or dispatch the exchange, as requested. A processing charge of ₹100/- will be charged upon returning the order. This process usually takes 15-20 working days.
