1. We strongly recommend delicate Hand Wash of our products with mild detergent as the color may bleed a little.
2. Do not soak or wash bright colors together, wash them separately in cold water.
3. Drying your cloth under the sun causes color-fading. Therefore, have them out to dry in evening or in shade.

Refund: We hope you love your SAFEERA merchandise! As a policy we offer refund only due to non-availability of products, genuine quality/manufacturing defect or a wrong product delivered.

Exchange: We offer size exchanges only for the same product, style, and colour that you have purchased.

Once we receive your return parcel, after reviewing it and if everything is in order we will immediately refund the amount or dispatch the exchange, as requested. A processing charge of ₹100/- will be charged upon returning the order. This process usually takes 15-20 working days.
